2. Order Processing and Shipping Times

Transit Time (Shipping Time) 

After your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier. You will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, which allows you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Estimated transit times are as follows:

  • United States/EU: 7 to 12 business days from the date your order is shipped.
  • International Destinations: 10 to 20 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Delivery Location: International shipments and deliveries to remote or less accessible locations may have different rates.

To get an accurate price quote for shipping, especially for international orders or those with unique characteristics, please add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. 4. Order Tracking

5. Product Shipping Origin

Every order from an independent seller on our marketplace is produced and shipped from vendors. After it is placed, we will route your order to one or more vendors based on the delivery location and product types in the order, which then produce and ship the order on behalf of the seller.

In some cases, orders with mixed types of products may come from multiple vendors, which means that your order could arrive in separate packages at different times.
