1. Order Modifications or Cancellation

  • Customers have 4 hours from order placement to request cancellations or changes (size, color, quantity, shipping address).
  • After 4 hours, Xorila denies cancellation or modification requests.
  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping addresses. Xorila is not liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.

2. Defective Item Replacement/Refund

  • For defects due to Xorila's error, we offer free replacements or full refunds.
  • Defects include:
    • Significantly different item than described.
    • Damage from factory or shipping.
    • Incorrect item received.
  • Defective items need not be returned; donate or give them away.
  • Requests must be within 30 days of receipt, with items unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Request procedure:
    • Email [email protected] with order number, defect video/photos (with details), print error photos (if any), print size photos (if any), and delivery address.
    • We'll review and send replacements or refunds.
  • Refund processing: 24 hours after confirmation, 7-10 business days for credit cards, 3-7 business days for PayPal.

3. Lost Items

  • We assist with lost items during shipping.
  • Customers should check thoroughly (mailbox, security cameras, neighbors, local post office).
  • Contact us within 30 days of expected delivery with order details, shipping address, and post office confirmation.
  • We'll replace or refund.
  • We are not liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses or recipient refusal.

4. Refund Rejection

  • We do not refund/replace for:
    • Requests after 30 days of delivery.
    • Damage from customer misuse.
    • Incorrect size, color, product, address, or customization.
    • Washed, worn, soiled, or damaged items.
    • Sale items.
    • Customer changing mind.

5. Return Packaging Instructions (if applicable)

If you are requested to return a product, please package it carefully and ensure its safety during transit. We encourage you to use the product's original packaging if it is still intact, as this is the best way to protect the product from damage. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use sturdy alternative packaging, such as a rigid cardboard box or shock-resistant bag, to ensure optimal protection.

Please ensure that all accessories included with the product (if any) are also included in the return package. This helps us process your return request quickly and efficiently.

Affix the return label clearly and accurately to the package, including the return address and any other necessary information. This helps ensure the package is sent to the correct address and processed promptly.

6. Return Shipping Fees (if applicable)

For product defects caused by Xorila, we cover all return shipping costs. We understand the inconvenience and ensure you incur no fees. We'll provide detailed return instructions and a free shipping label or refund the shipping cost. We work with reliable carriers for smooth returns.
